As a result, A BIG FACTORY has to get a supply of coconut charcoal as raw material from suppliers from various regions, such as Riau Province and Riau Islands. A BIG FACTORY make more or less 300-400 tons of shell charcoal per month as raw material for the production of innovative shell charcoal.
From shell charcoal, A BIG FACTORY processes or processes it further into export-oriented charcoal products. The shell charcoal is shaped and printed by a printing machine according to market needs. After printing, the charcoal product still has to be heated in a heating machine.
Currently, A BIG FACTORY ‘s shell charcoal production volume reaches 300 tons per month. For certain products, coconut charcoal products are also given chemicals. The function of the chemical is only to be able to light a fire on the charcoal without having to use fuels, such as kerosene.
To control the quality of shell charcoal, A BIG FACTORY also has several control devices. Before the product is shipped, the shell charcoal that is produced is also tested to see its quality, such as the burning time of the charcoal.
